Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in date to avoid any cancellation fees.  

If you need to reschedule the reservation date you can do so at least 6 days prior to your schedule check-in date to avoid any cancellation fees.

Please note that cancellations made within the 5-day window prior to the reservation date are non-refundable.

There will be no refund if you cancel your reservation within  scheduled check-in time. There will be no concession for late arrivals or early departures.

Booking Terms:

Children : Ages between 5 and 10 years old will be charged at half the adult price.

Adult : Ages 11 years or older will be charged at the adult rate.

Infant : Ages under 5 years old can enjoy complimentary admission.

 

Payment Terms:

Advance Booking:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  • The amount of the deposit will be specified by the resort and may vary depending on the duration of the stay and type of accommodation booked.
  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the resort (During Check-in).
  • Failure to pay the deposit within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
  • Failure to pay the balance amount before check-in time may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Full Payment:

  • Full payment for the reservation is required at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
  • Once payment is received, the reservation will be confirmed.
  • In the event of cancellation, refunds may be subject to the resort’s cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

If you have already paid for your reservation and you cancel within the cancellation window, we will issue the 50% of the booking amount paid to the original payment method used to make the reservation. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a medical emergency or a natural disaster, there will be no change in cancellation and refund policy. We understand that unforeseen events may occur, and we will assess each situation with empathy and consideration. Please contact us as soon as possible in such circumstances, and we will do our best to assist you.
